Welcome to Vlees & Co Eindhoven, the best steak restaurant in Eindhoven.
In July 2026, we opened our new restaurant in Eindhoven. In a warm and stylish setting, you can enjoy the finest steaks, carefully prepared by our chefs. We work exclusively with high-quality beef from world-renowned cattle breeds. Thanks to the right diet, free-range farming and careful selection of the cattle, the meat develops beautiful marbling and a unique, rich flavour.
Our menu features a variety of premium beef breeds, including USA Prime, Japanese Wagyu, Scandinavian Sashi and Dutch Holsteiner. We select only the finest cuts from each breed, with authentic Japanese Wagyu beef as one of the highlights. In addition to our regular menu, we also offer a rotating selection of Dry Aged beef. Ask our team about the current selection.
Not in the mood for meat or looking for a vegetarian option? We also serve excellent fish and vegetarian dishes.
Menu
Vlees & Co Eindhoven is the perfect place to enjoy drinks and a delicious dinner. We change our menu at least four times a year, allowing us to surprise you with the finest seasonal dishes.
Our menu features steaks from a variety of premium cattle breeds, including Creekstone Black Angus, widely regarded as some of the finest Black Angus beef in the world, and Dutch Weiderund, exceptional beef from our own country. And, of course, our showpiece: authentic Japanese Wagyu A4 from the Gunma Prefecture.
In addition to our steaks, we also serve a selection of vegetarian and fish dishes, all prepared with the same high quality you have come to expect from us.

Japanese Wagyu
Japanese Wagyu is one of the most delicate and exclusive types of beef in the world. Wagyu literally means “Japanese cow.” The cattle are raised in herds, with calves staying with their mothers for at least nine months.
Thanks to its exceptional marbling, Japanese Wagyu is incredibly tender, buttery and intensely rich in flavour. It is not called the queen of steaks for nothing.
